Booking will be confirmed after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Balance payment must be cleared as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
All payments once made will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation charges will depend on the date of cancellation and the cancellation policy of the respective hotel, camp, transport and activity providers.
Advance payments may be non-refundable if the booking has already been confirmed with the suppliers.
No refund will be applicable for unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transfers or activities once the tour has commenced.
Any refund, wherever applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable supplier cancellation charges and service charges.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions or operational issues, the applicable supplier policies will be followed.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

The vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be available for unlimited personal use.

Any additional sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged separately.
